I acknowledge and understand that there is a degree of danger in attending this event and I will proceed at my own risk and assume full responsibility for myself.
For Drivers: I acknowledge that in the event the course is damaged due to my actions, I agree to pay the full cost of any repair fees determined by Mobara Twin Circuit via ButcherStyleRacing. I will wear proper safety attire (helmet) while participating in any auto-sports activities. In the event I cause damage to another attendee or driver's car, I will not leave the event facility until an agreement regarding damage repair is reached.
このイベントに参加することによって生じる、あなた自身、もしくは車両やその他所有物の盗難や損害に関して、茂原ツインサーキットとブッチャースタイルレーシングは一切責任を負いません。このイベントはモータースポーツイベントであり危険が伴いますので、参加することにより生命が危険に晒される可能性があることを承知し自己責任を持って参加します。
自己の責任での当該サーキット・ブッチャースタイルレーシングへの事故などの破損に関しては必ず自己で支払いをし責任を取ることを誓います。必ず安全な服装、ヘルメットを着用してサーキット内に出なければいけないことを理解します。イベント内での事故・物損に関して、同日中に必ず解決策を見出さなければ、イベントを立ち去りません。
